Learn

Through the practices of Tai Chi, we discipline ourselves emotionally, spiritually, and physically. As we practice Taichi everyday, we would strive to apply and gain love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control.

Qualified Instructor

Dr. Park holds a MD, Ph Doctor in Oriental Medicine and is also a Licensed Acupuncturist.  She has been teaching Taiji and Energy enhancement skills since 2001 starting in Arlington, then moving to Billerica, and Boston Massachusetts.  Now, she is residing in GA, and continues her life with the teaching and healing art.  She started learning martial art since she was 8 years old and continues her journey with eclectic martial arts. < /span >
